How to cook
1. Add chicken, seasoning sauce, and water and boil over high heat. When it boils, lower the heat and boil for another 15 minutes.
2. Add potatoes and boil more. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes until potatoes are cooked.
3. Add soaked noodles and boil for about 5 minutes until the soup is ready, then add red pepper and green onion. Add the glass noodles at the end.
4. If you blanch the chicken before cooking, you can enjoy it more neatly.
